By installing or using Pic2Icon, its installer, or its uninstaller (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Windows devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Everything you process with the Software is yours; we claim no rights over your files or outputs. Because the Software runs entirely offline, your content never reaches us. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process.
The Software writes outputs next to sources you choose; writes hidden desktop.ini
files (and hidden icon copies) inside folders you explicitly apply icons to; stores preferences
and a local log under %LocalAppData%\Pic2Icon; and registers a standard per-user
uninstall entry. The uninstaller reverses installation but intentionally leaves your created
files and applied folder icons in place.
The Software does not update itself and does not check for updates. New versions, if any, are distributed by us and installed at your choice.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS KEEP BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT FILES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IZNOZYSTUDIOS, IZNO LABS, IZNOZY, OR RESTORATIONS OF AMERICA INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, uninstall the Software. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These terms are the entire agreement regarding the Software. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Terms shipped with your version govern your use of it.
